Children's Birthday Parties

The Compass Theatre is a friendly and safe contained space to host a children's birthday party, either in our Café Bar on a weekend or in the Oak Room, Long Room or Studio at other times.

If you really want to push the boat out, you could also hire our auditorium for a film showing, either exclusively or as an I Love Film deal.

In fine weather, you can also have access to our lovely garden.

We accept birthday events for children up to age 13. We can source entertainers and caterers to bring buffet food on site, or you may bring your own.

If you want to serve drinks to adults on site for your party, we can run a pay bar for you, or obtain special orders, but alcoholic drinks may not be brought on site or served by party organisers or their contractors.

We regret that we do not run birthday parties for teenagers older than 13.
