Hillingdon Box Office also opens for over the counter sales and collections, from 45 minutes before curtain up at Compass Theatre. Outside of these hours or if the operator is unable to take your call you can use our 24 hour online box office on this website or leave us a voicemail message. Booking Fees Removed: We are delighted to announce that from 1 April 2015, there will be no more booking fees charged when booking tickets through Hillingdon Box Office. When booking by phone you can request your tickets are posted to you for a postage fee of £1.
Booking Online: Tickets can be booked by clicking on the "Book Now" button on the event's page on this website. This will take you through to our secure payment process where you can choose your seats*
Tickets are then paid for securely by credit or debit card - no booking fees will be added - and an email confirmation will be sent to you. Your tickets will be held for you to collect from the venue at the event. If you want to collect your tickets before the day of then, they are held at the Box Office at Compass Theatre.
* except where an event is ticketed by general admission rather than by seat
Ticket Reservation / Loss / Exchange
Once purchased tickets are not refundable unless an event is cancelled.
If you are not certain you can use the tickets, we offer a reservation service (not available online) where you can hold tickets with no obligation, for up to 5 working days, (provided the event doesn't fall in that time) and we offer longer periods for larger groups. We do not reserve tickets unpaid for payment on the door.
If you cannot use your purchased tickets we will try to transfer you to another performance of the same show (subject to availability) but cannot transfer tickets to a different show.
If you have lost your tickets, please call us on 01895 250615 and we will have them reprinted and ready to collect on the door.
Where offered, this means that cheaper ticket prices are available for some or all of the following; under 16s, over 60s and those registered either disabled, unemployed or in full-time education. Not all concessions are offered at all shows and some do not offer any. All discounts are given at the discretion of the theatre and may be withdrawn or altered without notice.
Latecomers may not be admitted until a suitable break or interval in the event. The Theatre Management has the right to refuse admission.
Whilst every effort will be made to avoid it, the Theatre Management has the right to alter or vary artists or events as necessary without notice.

When you book tickets, we ask for your contact details so we can let you know if there are any unforeseen changes to an event or your booking.
When you book we will also ask if you want to get more information from us about forthcoming shows, either by post (for those living within the London Borough of Hillingdon) or as a PDF by email. Children / Lap Tickets
Everybody - whatever age - will need a valid ticket to go into the auditorium. At appropriate events a limited number of babies under 18 months can be admitted with a free lap ticket, issued by the Box Office. Call 01895 250615 to request a Lap Ticket.
If you are worried whether a show is suitable for children, please ask for guidance from the Box Office and we will advise as best we can with the information we have, or we will refer you to the production company responsible for the event.
