Hillingdon Arts Service Box Office

The ticket booking line 01895 673200 is open Monday - Friday 10.30am to 5pm and Saturday 10am to 1pm. Outside of these hours, or if the operator is busy, you can leave a message or use our 24 hour online box office on this website. For all public events at Compass Theatre, the Box Office also opens 45 minutes before the event starts, although the operator may be very busy with in-person enquiries and be unable easily to take calls at this time.

Booking Fee

There is a £1.25 (online) or a £1.75 (phone/in person) booking fee added to all transactions except those paid in person, in cash. The fee helps raise money to improve our theatres in difficult times.

Online Booking Service

Click the "Book Now" button on each event to go through to our secure payment process. We will select the best available seats for you and payment can be made by card. There will be a transaction fee of £1.25.

Ticket Loss, Exchange or Resale

No refunds are offered unless a performance is cancelled.  If you cannot use your tickets, the Box Office Manager may be able to transfer you to another performance of the same show. However, this is subject to availability.

Discounts

Where concessions are listed, this means there are cheaper tickets available for some or all of the following; Under 16s, over 60s, registered disabled, unemployed or in full-time education. Offers and discounts are given at the discretion of the theatre and may be withdrawn or altered without notice.

Admission

Latecomers may not be admitted until a suitable break or interval in the event. Compass Theatre Management has the right to refuse admission.

Alterations to Programme

Whilst every effort will be made to avoid it, Compass Theatre Management has the right to alter or vary artists or events as necessary without notice.

Your Details

When you book tickets, we will ask for your contact details so we can let you know if there are any unforeseen changes an event. With your permission we will also contact you about relevant forthcoming Hillingdon events for example through our season brochure. You can also add your email address to our e-subscription list on the homepage of this website.

Children / Babes in Arms

If you are concerned whether the event is suitable for children, please ask for guidance from the Box Office. All children over 18 months require a purchased ticket to enter the auditorium. At events that are appropriate, a limited number of babies under 18 months can be admitted with a free lap ticket, issued at the Box Office.
