Become a Volunteer

Volunteers offer their time for a variety of reasons; some are between jobs and like to keep themselves busy, adding new experiences to their CVs, others offer spare time in the evenings and weekends in order to meet people. Whatever the reason, we want to make sure that volunteering at Compass Theatre or Manor Farm is enjoyable, rewarding and fulfilling.

Volunteers we most urgently need are for;

• Wardrobe help on Saturday mornings
• Gardening help for 1 or 2 hours a week through the summer
• Wine Bar help for shows

It's not possible to offer everyone their preferred role straight away and we do get a lot of offers for help so please be patient and our volunteer coordinator will contact you.
