Coffee Mornings

 

Come to the Lounge in the Winston Churchill Theatre and enjoy tea, coffee and chat, rounded off with an interesting talk from one of our invited guests.

  • Fri 11 Sep, 10.30am; John Tippins, District Co-ordinator of Hounslow Woodcraft Folk, talks about '90 Years of Woodcraft Folk' - a project recording the fascinating history of an educational movement for young people, which aims to develop activity in society.
  • Fri 9 Oct, 10.30am; Keith Clayton et. al Chairman Middlesex Branch, IWA (Inland Waterways Association), delivers a talks about the changing use and history of our Inland Waterways.
  • Fri 23 Oct, 10.30am Gabi Kleimann-Crawford, proprietor of the 'Mad Cat Crafts' studio at the Manor Farm site delivers a talk and demonstration of Serviettentechnik-Decoupage - a craft dating back to the 17th century.
  • Fri 13th Nov, 10.30am W Bro Richard Alliston, Senior Warden of St. Martin's Lodge, talks on 'Freemasonry: history and mystery'
