To make a provisional reservation for an event, click on
BOOK TICKETS then complete the reservation form.
If the event is less than 48 hours away, you are advised
to book by telephone.
Reservations
Tickets can be reserved for 5 working days, after which
unpaid reservations are cancelled.
Access
The theatre is fully accessible for customers with
mobility problems.
We have two dedicated wheelchair spaces in the
auditorium, car parking facilities and an adapted toilet.
Accompanying personal assistant tickets are free.
Please advise Box Office at the time of booking.
We welcome assistance dogs at Compass and a
bowl of water can be provided for them, please ask
at the Box Office.
Our auditorium and Box Office are fitted with
induction loops.
Baby changing facilities and a disabled access
toilet are available in the foyer area.
Ticket Loss, Exchange and Resale
Management cannot be held responsible for any
tickets which are lost or stolen. Money will not be
refunded unless a performance is cancelled.
If you are unable to attend a performance for which
you have booked tickets, the Box Office will try and
re-sell your returned tickets although we can only do
this once a performance has sold out.
Subject to availability, we may offer transfer to another
performance of the same show.
Discounts
Discounts and offers are given at the discretion of the
Theatre and may be withdrawn at any time.
Admission
Compass Theatre Management has the right to refuse
admission of the ticket holder to the premises if they are
considered to be a risk to the safety of the audience or
affect the enjoyment of the audience and/or the running
of the event.
Latecomers may not be admitted until a suitable break
or interval in the event.
Alterations to Programme
Compass Theatre Management has the right to alter
or vary the programme as necessary without notice.
Your Details
Your contact details will be held so we might contact
you in the unlikely case of an event being cancelled.
With your permission we will also contact you about
our forthcoming events.
Property
Compass Theatre cannot accept liability for the loss
or damage of personal property.
Filming / Recording
Compass Theatre Management has the right to refuse
any unauthorised use of audio, visual photographic or
recording equipment.
The unauthorised use of cameras and any kind of recording
apparatus is not permitted in the auditorium and we ask that
patrons turn off their mobile phones.
Events may be recorded or filmed in front of a live audience.

Complaints
If there are any issues affecting your enjoyment of the
show please bring it to the attention of a member of
Management promptly.
Lap Tickets / Babes in Arms
For events appropriate for children, those over
18 months require a purchased ticket to enter the
auditorium.
A limited number of babies under 18 months can
be admitted to certain shows with a Lap Ticket,
issued by the Box Office.
Certain events are inappropriate for children,
please check with Box Office in advance.
